This is a very easy and very quick shawl knit with two different yarns. The center triangle is knit first, then stitches are picked up around the edges and the lace border is knit in a contrasting yarn.

Finished dimensions: Approx 67 inches across the top, and approx 36 inches long. Border is about 5 inches wide.

Materials:

Center: any lace weight solid color yarn, approx 400 yards. Model is shown in Domy Heather.

Edging: any lace weight yarn in contrasting color, approx 400 yards. Handpainted or variegated yarns adds a subtle but colorful edge. Model is shown in Koigu Painter's Palette Merino.
