Shipping to U.S. destinations is calculated on the total dollar amount of order as follows:

 
International customers, including Canadian customers, should email The Yarnery for a shipping estimate.

Returns

Returns of unused, unopened merchandise, in original condition, may be made within 90 days of purchase.

NOTE: Yarn must be in original condition (in its original hank or skein), with tags as originally attached, and free from any odor (including tobacco smoke) for a refund to be issued. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for those instances in which The Yarnery has erred in shipping the correct merchandise.
